It's official: we have a home! I got an email from the principal at Powell High School confirming that we could use their facilities as our meeting place. This is huge news and is a great milestone for OneLife Church. There are a ton of advantages to using the school as our meeting place, one of which is the auditorium (pictured below).

The auditorium, which is really more of a theater, seats 575 and can easily be draped off to not feel so big at first. Additionally, it has a huge stage and lighting system already installed. The combination of the stage, lighting, and seating will save us more than $10,000 in start up costs that would have been spent if we had to purchase these things. They will also help us easily create a great environment for worship that will connect with college students, young families, and the people in our community. For today, we are so pumped about this news that we wanted to share with you these pictures so you can praise God with us for working out this major detail. Stay tuned to the blog for the amazing story of how God has been working this out for several years even though I didn't even know it. He truly is in control!
